アメリカ進出時の事業計画書の作成方法（前編）

米国に進出する際、対外的に必要となるのが事業計画書の作成です。

それでは事業計画書には何を記載すれば良いのでしょうか？また、記載内容は、日本とはどのように異なるのでしょうか？

本日は、アメリカ進出時の事業計画書に盛り込むべき内容について説明します。

 

１．目的・背景

はじめに明確にすべきなのは、今回のアメリカ進出が果たす役割です。御社がどういうビジョンや事業目標を有し、その中で、今回の米国進出が持つ意味を明確にしましょう。

また、可能であれば、5年後の目標値（あるべき姿）も記載しましょう。

 

２．海外展開の事業概要

今回の海外展開のサマリーを記載すべき項目です。

具体的には、「提供する製品・サービス」、「ターゲットカスタマー」、「具体的な進出地域」、「進出形態（100%子会社設立、合弁会社設立等）」を記載しましょう。

なお、ターゲットカスタマーが徐々に変わっていく場合は、時系列で記載すると良いでしょう。

 

３．事業目標

海外進出における目標を記載します。目標は、定性目標と定量目標に分けて書くと良いでしょう。前者においては、御社が進出地域においてどのようなポジションを目指すのか（例：○○分野でのシェアトップ企業）を記載しましょう。

一方、後者においては、売上高や従業員数、シェアなどを記載しましょう。後者に関しては、

 

４．事業概要展開図

こちらは主に製造事業者向けの項目になります。製品を進出国で提供するために、どこで・誰が原料を調達・加工し、どのような形で現地まで届けるのか。加えて、お金はどのように流れるのかについて明確にします。

 

５．自社の経営資源

進出国において、自社のサービスや製品が保有する品質・技術的優位性を保つことができるか（同じ製品を提供できるか）、について記載しましょう。

加えて、現地での人材確保についても、ここに記載します。日本にいる人材がどの程度経営に関与し、現地での採用や国内外のパートナーのリソースがどの程度活用できるかについて記入します。

 

６．ターゲットとの根拠

ターゲット像を記載するとともに、彼らが利用する根拠を記載しましょう。

 

７．パートナー候補とその理由

現地企業や日本の企業とパートナーを組む場合、選定した理由を明確にしましょう。

 

８．商品・サービス

製品、サービスの特徴や市場状況と競合状況、競合優位性について詳細に記入します。

 

９．チャネル戦略

製品、サービスを市場に浸透させるための方策について記載します。

加えて、他社の現状における販売方法や商習慣もまとめておくとよいでしょう。

 

１０．プライシング

類似商品の価格帯や、自社のコスト力などを踏まえ、自社製品・サービスの価格について記載します。
